We watch the site so you do not have to find out from a customer that it is down.

What happens if I cancel?
After the initial six months you can cancel any time with no fee. Your domain is already in your name, and we export the site files and hand over your content, images and listing access so you or your next developer can pick it up cleanly.
Is there really no limit on updates?
For content, no - text, prices, photos, hours, staff, new pages. What is not included is a full redesign or new custom functionality, which we quote separately. In practice, nobody has ever hit a limit.
How fast do updates go live?
Small changes are usually done the same day, often within a couple of hours. Anything larger gets a straight answer about timing when you ask, not a ticket number.
Who owns the domain and the hosting account?
You own the domain outright, registered in your name with your contact details. Hosting runs through our managed account, which is what keeps it included in the monthly price, and we will migrate the site to your own account any time you ask.
