As little as one week for a straightforward five-page site, depending on how quickly you approve the mock-up and get us your content. That includes a round of revisions and testing on real phones, tablets and desktops. Custom applications depend on scope and get their own timeline in the quote.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your domain, content, images and business listings are registered in your name and stay yours. There are no setup fees and no cancellation fees, and if you ever leave we hand everything over to you or your next developer without an argument.
Do you only work with businesses in California?
No. We're based in Riverside and know Southern California best - Corona, Moreno Valley, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Temecula and Orange County are all a normal part of our week - but the process works the same wherever you are, and we build and support sites for businesses across the country.
Who do I talk to when I need a change to my site?
The same person who built it. There is no ticket queue and no account manager. Call or text (949) 414-9986 and small updates - a new price, a new photo, updated hours - are usually done the same day at no extra charge.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it, or transfer and improve what you have. Existing domains transfer free of charge and we handle the DNS so your email keeps working through the switch. If your current site is fine and just needs SEO work, we will tell you that instead of selling you a rebuild.
Do you write the content for my site, or do I need to provide it?
Either way. We can write everything from scratch based on our conversation about your business, or work from content you already have. Most clients land somewhere in between - you tell us what matters, we handle the writing.
