Why pay monthly instead of one big invoice?
A typical agency charges a small business three to eight thousand dollars to build a site, then hands over a file and disappears. Hosting, domain, SSL and every future change become your problem or a new invoice.
A website isn't a one-time deliverable. Your prices change, your hours change, you add a service or a location, and search engines keep moving the goalposts. The monthly price covers the build and all of that ongoing work, so keeping the site current doesn't turn into a string of one-off invoices.
If you would genuinely rather own the build outright, we will quote it as a one-off project. We will also tell you honestly which option costs you less over five years.

Is there really no down payment?
Correct. $0 down, no setup fee and no deposit on the monthly plans. You see a free mock-up before you commit to anything, and the first payment is due when the site goes live.
What if I don't like the free mock-up?
Then we revise it, or you walk away - no charge either way. The mock-up exists specifically so you're not committing to anything you haven't seen.
Why is there a six-month minimum?
Because the design and build work happens up front and is not billed separately. The six months is how that work is paid for instead of a several-thousand-dollar setup fee. After six months you are month to month with no cancellation fee.
What happens after the six months?
Nothing changes except that you can leave any time. The price stays the same, updates stay unlimited, and hosting and domain management continue. Most clients simply stay.
Can I pay for the site up front instead?
Yes. If you would rather own the build outright and handle your own hosting, we will quote the project as a one-off at a fixed custom price. For most five-page sites the monthly plan works out cheaper for the first several years.
What is not included?
A full redesign, custom application functionality, paid advertising spend, and stock photography licences. Everything else - hosting, domain, SSL, content updates, support - is in the monthly price.
Do you charge for extra pages?
Not when they serve a purpose. Additional service pages or city landing pages that help you rank are added at no extra monthly cost. The five-page figure describes a typical small business site, not a hard cap.
